Additional Information: The Mirasol model of treatment for eating disorders is based on an integrative medical approach to mind-body-spirit healing. This innovative philosophy, coupled with a multidisciplinary team of dynamic professionals and a serene environment tucked away in the beautiful desert of Tucson, Arizona work synergistically to maximize recovery. The intensive program is custom designed individually for women struggling with anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder. Mirasol offers twice as many weekly client therapy hours as industry standard and the weekends are structured with workshops covering a range of topics from assertiveness training to sexuality, spirituality and art therapy. Mirasol also offers an intensive three-day Family Camp and one-full year of focused continuing care for long-term recovery.
